Our fitting team at UK Home Solutions was in Loughton this week installing a front composite door and a back uPVC stable style door for Mr and Mrs Kovler.
Mr and Mrs Kovler came to us for a quotation after collecting a few quotes from other home improvement companies; instantly they built a great relationship with Lee and was more than happy to use us to replace their two doors.
The main reason for the customers wanting to change their existing doors was purely a change in design. Their existing front door was a double door and they found it just wasn’t needed. They wanted to change it to a single door and side panel; this would also benefit them by letting more light from the side panel into their hallway. The back door was a standard white uPVC door; they were looking to change this into a stable style door as this was more practical for them.
The finished results look amazing and Mr and Mrs Kovler both stated how happy they are with not only the finishing products, but how smoothly the whole process went for them. The customers are so happy that they have asked us to come back to quote and change all their windows on their property.
